Braun Carafe I contacted directly, as they close in Torrance, CA. since amazon was sold out in a replacement unit, I thought Braun carafe may have been able to help me that problems shooting device and save me the trouble of having to return process. And lo and behold Braun customer service is exceptional! Instantly via e-mail me a pre-paid return label fed ex, and RMA and I had a new unit in 3 days! No questions asked! They fed-ex leap Saturday delivery! So remember, if you have a defective unit.

The disadvantages are really only one Timer. I have yet to come. It seems like it is too short a time yet to paint max. So if you want to paint for say 8 cups, you have to run him 30 seconds twice.
